Conveniently located in a peaceful street near a canal, close to tourist attractions. Safe neighborhood for solo female travelers. Attentive owner arranged taxis and responded quickly to inquiries. Charming café with delicious breakfast. Well-decorated with good air conditioning.

This place is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, tucked away in a safe neighborhood but still close to all the action. The staff, especially the two girls who manage the place, are incredibly friendly and always up for a chat. The breakfast options just a few meters away are delicious and affordable. The dorm rooms are cozy and secure, and the shower works like a dream. The couple who run the place go above and beyond to help with planning and make you feel at home. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming guesthouse in a great location. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even arranged transportation for us. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the air conditioning provided a welcome relief from the heat. The café downstairs was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. we highly recommend staying at this hidden gem.

The decoration at Klong House was simply lovely, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. The general areas were comfortable and inviting, providing plenty of space for relaxation, whether it was sitting in the charming common room or enjoying a cup of tea in the peaceful courtyard. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The stairs were not too steep, and the hallways were well-lit, making it easy for me to move around comfortably.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working at the hotel. While they were polite, I would have appreciated some additional support, especially with carrying luggage or ensuring that the shower area is more convenient for guests with mobility challenges.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, AC, leisure room, badminton, luggage storage, pet-friendly. Plus, the staff found my lost wallet! Coming back for Christmas!

The hospitality during our stay was incredible. We were always given advice on how to make the most of our stay. The room was very clean and even had a view. Great location close enough to everything but in a quieter area.
Not clean - bins in the toilets were not emptied and there were mouse droppings in the bathroom. Staff were friendly but not usually there.

Great value for the money, beautiful and clean room. The location was perfect, a peaceful oasis by the canal with lots of nearby attractions. The staff, especially Parn, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and helped us navigate the city.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The first thing that caught my attention at Klong House was the charming Thai decoration throughout the hotel. The artwork, wooden furniture, and colorful accents really added to the overall ambiance and made me feel like I was truly in Bangkok. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate and relax.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for seniors, it would be to have more bathroom facilities on each floor. Going down two floors in the middle of the night to use the restroom can be a bit challenging, especially for those of us who may not be as agile as we once were.

We were looking for a one night stay after a long flight, and this place served the purpose. Booked a nice double room with AC, spacious enough for two backpacking girls. Balcony was an additional value. Only 10 min. walking from busy Khaosan Road - close enough to have fun, but not noisy. Short walk to the action but nice and quiet. Good A/C, toiletries available, drinking water tap. Amazing staff, made us feel at home, helped us organize transport and recommended great places to eat. Highly recommend!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

What a stay! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the comfort of the bed and the spotless cleanliness of every area. And the location, oh my goodness, only a short walk to the main backpackers area which meant we had endless fun and entertainment right at our doorstep. But let's talk about the staff - they were mind-blowingly friendly and helpful, the best we've ever encountered in Asia! They made us feel like family. And the little extras like free water and use of the fridge, as well as space to warm up our food, was a jaw-dropping bonus. We cannot recommend this place enough - it truly felt like home away from home. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!
